First Unity of St. Petersburg will host a special concert – “Audrey Vallance and Leslie Giammanco in Belle Nuit with Jeff Snyder” on Saturday, March 22 at 7 pm.
This concert will unite three special people with a long history together for an evening of classical to popular music. Sopranos Vallance and Giammanco are both long time friends of pianist Jeff Snyder, and while both women have had very similar careers, this will be their first opportunity to sing together.
Ms. Giammanco has over 30 years experience as a voice teacher and performer of the opera, Broadway, concert and cabaret stages. She has performed seven roles in the Broadway and National Tours of The Phantom of the Opera; has been a principal soloist with several symphonies and chamber orchestras as well an active recitalist and cabaret artist across the country.
Ms. Vallance was a member of Houston Grand Opera for several years and and lived in SE Asia for 6 years where she was a singer, vocal coach and musical director. She also has performed as a soloist with several symphonies and chamber orchestras around the country. Selections will include pieces from opera to musical theatre and will be a night to remember.
